RATES & GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Thank you for reading the internal regulations (see link at the bottom of this page) before making any reservation requests. Due to the surge in energy prices, especially electricity (doubled rates since 2021), our kind guests are requested to use heating in winter and air conditioning in summer with moderation and civility.

Mas Peu del Causse offers rates for standard stays in guest rooms (nightly rates) and for leisure & wellness stays in guest rooms (package rates for 2 nights).

The pricing for renting the entire Mas Peu del Causse (5 rooms) as a cottage is not available on the Mas website. Please send a request via the form at the bottom of the page.

(*) Rates apply for a minimum number of nights required in low & medium seasons (2-3 nights depending on occupancy), in high season (3-4 nights depending on occupancy), and in peak season (3-5 nights depending on occupancy). Stay for 1 night is possible (supplement of 50€ to the rates displayed above).

TOURIST TAX
- Not included in the listed rates: 0.70€ per person per night.

CLEANING FEES
- Cleaning fees are applied for room cleaning at the end of your stay: 20€ flat fee for stays < 5 nights and 30€ flat fee for stays >= 5 nights or if 2 beds are used in the same room. These fees are largely offset by the discount granted for long stays.

FRENCH BREAKFAST
- Not included in the room rate as it has become optional due to the health crisis (see Covid-19 Impacts): 10€ per person for continental and 15€ per person for enhanced continental. It is served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
PET TAX
- Not included in the listed rates: 10€ per pet per night with a refundable deposit of 200€ upon arrival at the Mas (see Pet Regulations).
SEASONALITY
- Due to the substantial increase in energy prices, low and medium seasons are now combined, as winter rentals (called low season) are now much more expensive than the rest of the year!

PARKING
- Large free private parking for Mas Peu del Causse guests.
ACCESS TO WELLNESS AREA
- The outdoor jacuzzi area is available to you free of charge for a maximum session of 30 minutes (renewable at your convenience if no other guests are waiting to enjoy it). It operates between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- The indoor jacuzzi area is not operational during the warm season and will be available during the cool season for 15€ per person per 1-hour session and within the time frame of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (on request only at the time of booking and subject to availability). A mix of 30 minutes of jacuzzi and 30 minutes of infrared sauna is possible (on request).
- The infrared sauna (chromotherapy) area is available to you for 15€ per person per 1-hour session between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (on request only and subject to availability).
- Massage session conducted by a qualified SPA Practitioner starts from 65€ per person (on request only and subject to availability of the external provider) depending on the type of massage.
CHECK-IN TIME
- Arrivals are between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Early check-ins are possible upon request and subject to availability of the reserved room. For arrivals after 7:00 p.m., please send us a message with your approximate arrival time. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. will incur a surcharge of 15€.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m.
- Late Check-out: Want to extend your stay? Want to keep your room until 2:00 p.m. (instead of 11:00 a.m.) and enjoy the Mas until 5:00 p.m.? The rate is 20€ per room (subject to availability and by informing us 24 hours in advance).

General Sales Conditions
Effective from January 31, 2021

Mas Peu del Causse is a private estate exclusively reserved for its residents.
A minimum number of nights is required in low, medium, and high seasons (see above pricing policy).
Continental or enhanced continental breakfast is available at an additional cost for standard stays (as it is optional due to the global health crisis and the provision of a small kitchen to guests) and is included in leisure and wellness packages.
Rooms are non-smoking.
Parking is free.

Pets are allowed only upon request, under certain conditions (see Pet Regulations) and subject to availability of certain rooms.
The premises are not suitable for accommodating people with reduced mobility.
Rooms are rented without the possibility of an extra bed.
Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise requested), and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
Loss of the key set (house + room) will be charged at 170€ (special entrance door lock) or must be covered by the civil liability of your home multi-risk insurance policy.

The facilities of the indoor wellness and relaxation area (jacuzzi, infrared sauna, massage and energy relaxation area) are only available upon request and subject to availability during your stay. Inquire prior to your booking.
To confirm your reservation, if made directly by phone or email, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay, payable by bank transfer, will be required. The balance of your reservation (total amount - deposit paid) must be settled on the day of your arrival at Mas Peu del Causse.

In case of cancellation of a stay more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival:
- If the reservation was made directly by phone or email, subject to a cancellation request made by email to the address peudelcausse@gmail.com, 100% of the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded to you.
- If the reservation was made through online providers, 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded to you.
In case of cancellation of a stay 16 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival:
- If the reservation was made directly by phone or email, only 50% of the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded to you.
- If the reservation was made through online providers, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded to you.
In case of cancellation of a stay less than 16 days before your scheduled arrival, non-arrival, or interruption of your stay, 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged, and no amount will be refunded to you.

Any request to modify the dates of your stay within 15 days before your scheduled arrival will incur a surcharge of 20€ per night. The new dates of your stay must be determined as soon as possible, and no stay can be postponed later than October 30th of the current year.
Make sure you have up-to-date liability insurance through your home insurance most of the time.
Accepted methods of payment are as follows: credit card via SumUp solution (*), bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers (*), and cash.

(*) Commission / processing fees will be applied for payments by credit card (2%) and ANCV holiday vouchers (3% with a maximum of 10€, except for users of 'chèque vacances connect' who will be exempted).
