Rates And General Sales Conditions

• Mas Peu del Causse is a private estate exclusively reserved for its residents.

• A minimum number of nights is required in low, medium, and high seasons (see above pricing policy).

• A classic continental breakfast (enhanced continental breakfast available upon request and for an extra fee) is included in the nightly rate for classic stays as well as leisure and well-being packages.

• Rooms are non-smoking. 

• The bed linen and towels provided to guests during their stay are of professional quality and are delivered clean and stain-free. It is the guest's responsibility to check their condition upon arrival and to immediately report any issues. If no issue is reported within 24 hours of arrival, the linen will be considered as compliant. In the event that stains appear during the stay (e.g., makeup, sunscreen) and cannot be removed despite the use of stain remover and a high-temperature wash, the guest will be held responsible and must reimburse the cost of the affected item(s) based on the purchase price in effect on the date of the damage assessment.

• Parking is free.

• Pets are allowed only upon request, under certain conditions (see Pet Regulations) and subject to availability of certain rooms.

• The premises are not suitable for accommodating people with reduced mobility.

• Rooms are rented without the possibility of an extra bed.

• Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise requested), and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

• Loss of the key set (house + room) will be charged at 250€ (special entrance door lock) or must be covered by the civil liability of your home multi-risk insurance policy.

• The facilities of the indoor wellness and relaxation area (jacuzzi, infrared sauna, massage and energy relaxation area) are only available upon request and subject to availability during your stay. Inquire prior to your booking.

• To confirm your reservation, if made directly by phone or email, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay, payable by bank transfer, will be required. The balance of your reservation (total amount - deposit paid) must be settled on the day of your arrival at Mas Peu del Causse.

• In case of cancellation of a stay more than 10 days before your scheduled arrival:

  • If the reservation was made directly by phone or email, subject to a cancellation request made by email to the address peudelcausse@gmail.com, 100% of the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded to you.

• In case of cancellation of a stay 7 to 10 days before your scheduled arrival:

  • If the reservation was made directly by phone or email, only 50% of the total amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded to you.

• In case of cancellation of a stay less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, non-arrival, or interruption of your stay, 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged, and no amount will be refunded to you.

• Any request to modify the dates of your stay within 7 days before your scheduled arrival will generate a surcharge of 20€ per night.

• In the event of an early departure, regardless of the cause, whether personal or external, no refund may be claimed for unused services, and the owner’s liability shall under no circumstances be engaged.
  However, on an exceptional basis and upon presentation of supporting documents (notably in the event of the death of a close relative or a pet), a credit note corresponding to the remaining stay may be granted. This credit note shall be valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from its date of issue.

• Make sure you have up-to-date liability insurance through your home insurance most of the time.

• Accepted methods of payment are as follows: credit card via SumUp solution, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers (*), and cash.

(*) A commission fee (3% up to a maximum of 10€) will be applied to payments made with ANCV holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances) to cover processing costs.​​​​​​
